It's half-assembled antenna. Before mounting on mast it's necessary to:

1) ) put the DTX dipole on antenna carrier 
2) screw-up coaxial cable with "F" connector and put on rubber protector (without any tools)
3) Insert two tube reflectors (insert it on metal bracket and screw it without any tools) on the antenna carrier
