They are used in electronic, audio and video devices, chargers, measurement instruments, electrical hand tools, electrical home appliances and machines.

Types of capacitors and their use:

• KNB 153x, KNB 153x with discharge resistor (class X2) – they are used in electronic, audio and video devices, chargers, measurement instruments, electrical hand tools, electrical home appliances and machines.
   
• KNR 153x (class X2, RC units) – for contact protection and interference suppression.

• KNB 156x, KNB 156x with discharge resistor (class X2) – they are used in electronic, audio and video devices, chargers, measurement instruments, electrical hand tools, electrical home appliances and machines.
   
• KNB 154x, KNB 155x (class X1) – they are used in electronic, audio and video devices, chargers, measurement instruments, electrical hand tools, electrical home appliances and machines.
   
• KNB 252x (class Y2) –they are used in electronic, audio and video devices, chargers, measurement instruments, electrical hand tools, electrical home appliances and machines. 
   
• KNB 253x (class Y1) – Y1 capacitors are used in special applications with higher peak voltage requirements, for example in power supplies / SMPS in industrial applications and also in household equipment with a fixed mains connection (EN 600651). The main area of application for the newly defined Y1 class is as a ratio interference suppression capacitor between the primary and secondary ground of SMPS.
   
• KNB 753x (class X2Y2) – they are used in electronic, audio and video devices, chargers, measurement instruments, electrical hand tools, electrical home appliances and machines.
   
• KPB 23xx (class X1) – they are used in home appliances, electrical hand tools and DC electromotors.
   
• KPR 23xx (class X1) – they are used for contact protection and interference suppression.
   
• KPB 2325 (class X1) – they are used in home appliances.
   
• KPB 53xx (class Y2) – they are used in home appliances, electrical hand tools and DC electromotors.
   
• KPB 70xx (class X1Y2) – they are used in home appliances and DC electromotors.
   
• KPB 7077 (class X1Y2) – they are used in home appliances

• KPB 73xx (class X1Y2) – they are used in home appliances, electrical hand tools and DC electromotors.
   
• KPB 7325, KPB 7341, KPB 7x12 (razred X1Y2) – they are used in home appliances, electrical hand tools and DC electromotors.
