Active Infared Presence Sensor 

Bircher Reglomat's PrimeScan sensor monitors the secondary closing edge/sidelite of automatic pedestrian sliding doors with an active infrared safety curtain. This additional safety monitoring prevents injury of people standing in the sidelite area as the door opens.
